What percentage of deaf gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) people out there by location?
It’s approximately 10% of the deaf population. The percentage isn’t much difference from the general population. There seemed to be a lot of deaf GLBT out there because they were easily noticed when they were using sign language.
Can a Hearing person be a member of RAD or of a local deaf Rainbow chapter?
Yes, she / he can be a RAD member and/or be a member of a chapter.
How can I set up a new chapter here where I live?

How can I become a member of RAD if there is no chapter where I live?
You can become a member of RAD by paying $25.00 per person and send a check or money order to RAD Treasurer. Contact RAD Treasurer if you have any questions.

Sometimes
